Welcome to the Wha House Farm Website
Owned by the National Trust and providing bed and breakfast holiday accommodation at reasonable rates, Wha House is a working farm that is ran by friendly farmers David and Marie Crowe.
Superbly situated in Mid-upper Eskdale the farm and walkers cottage and barn enjoys extensive views up the valley to Harter Fell and Hard Knott Pass, whilst from its door step a footpath leads directly to the Slight Side route to Scafell. Nearby is the village of Boot with its friendly inns, water mill, and the terminus of the famous Ravenglass & Eskdale miniature railway.
Wha House Farm is a traditional working Cumbrian Farm with plenty of livestock, whilst this may not be to all tastes if you want to come and enjoy the wonderful Valley of the Esk you will recieve a warm and friendy welcome at Wha House along with a hearty Cumbrian breakfast.
